Wednesday, February 24th – Wednesday, March 24th5:30 PMThis Lent, starting a week after Ash Wednesday, we begin our Wednesday Soup Suppers on February 24th. This year, we will be reading and discussing the wonderful book, Jesus Was An Episcopalian (And You Can be One Too!) – A Newcomer’s Guide to the Episcopal Church by the Reverend Chris Yaw. It is a delightfully complete introduction to the church for those new to the church and a good review for those who have been with the church for years. The church will purchase all the books needed with folks welcome to defray the cost if they would like. Please sign the sign up sheet in Memorial Hall or call the church office to reserve a copy of this entertaining book and plan on coming to the suppers. We begin dinner at 5:30 in the evening and then have the program from 6:00 until 7:15 or so.
