All Saints' Vestry

The Vestry is the governing board of All Saints'. The Vestry is comprised of the Rector, Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Treasurer, Clerk, and other elected members. The Vestry consists of between four and twelve voting members who are elected at the annual meeting in January by the members of All Saints'. The Vestry is 
responsible for the life of the Parish and for the care of its property.

The Rector is considered the president of the corporation, presides at all meetings, and only votes in case of a tie.

The Senior Warden, also known as the Rector's Warden, is appointed for a one year term by the Rector. The Sr. Warden may serve no more than 2 consecutive terms as Sr. Warden, but may also be an elected member serving a concurrent 3 year term. In the absence of a Rector the Vestry appoints a Sr. Warden who presides at meetings.

The Junior Warden, also known as the People's Warden, is elected by the Vestry for a one year term. The Jr. Warden may serve no more than 2 consecutive terms as Jr. Warden, but may also be an elected member serving a concurrent 3 year term.

The Treasurer is elected by the Vestry for a one year term and may serve unlimited consecutive terms. The Treasurer may also be an elected member serving a concurrent 3 year term.

The Clerk of the Vestry is elected by the Vestry for a one year term and may serve unlimited consecutive terms. The Clerk may also be an elected member serving a concurrent 3 year term.

The other vestry members are elected at the annual meeting for a three year term and may serve no more than 2 consecutive terms.
